Use after a good hot soak and cleaning with Moroccan Black Soap. Having prepared the skin for exfoliation use by rubbing in a back and forth motion. Do not rub in a circular motion as this tends to over stress a small area resulting in abrasion. Try rubbing lightly at first and then with more pressure. It may be a bit uncomfortable, but it is important to rub well to remove the desired layer of dead skin. After a few moments your skin will start to peel away right before your eyes. Not necessarily pretty, but oh so effective. Don't overdo it on your first go. You want to only remove the surface dirt and dead skin and not your entire epidermis. Use on back, arms, breasts, legs and face. The face should be done very, very delicately. Rinse and dry off. Then apply 100% pure, organic Argan Oil as the perfect moisturizer. Your skin will be luxuriously smooth and healthy.

STEP 1

Start by washing with Moroccan Black Soap. Use either your hands or loofah to apply. Try leaving on for a few minutes to allow for the soap to deep clean while your pores are opened.

Scrub all over. Be careful around your face and delicate areas. Rub in a back-forth motion. Rubbing too hard and circular tends to put too much stress on your skin and may irritate. 2. Dampen and wring out a mitt. Remove area to be exfoliated from direct water source so the mitt can grip your skin better. You can test out a small area first to see if the skin easily lifts away or if more steam/soak time is needed.



3. Insert your hand into the mitt. Using small circles or back and forth strokes, exfoliate one section at a time. Increase the pressure slowly until you comfortably get that deep exfoliation. You may see skin rolling off – or you may just feel super soft! Everyone is different. It may take you a few sessions to nail the soak time and pressure needed for individual optimal results.



4. Now you can use your favorite cleanser and moisturizer as usual. Be sure to also hand wash your mitt and let it air dry between uses to maximize its lifespan. (Please note that they will shrink approximately 20% once wet.)

Question:	Do different colors mean different textures
Answer:	HI, The actual procedure is to 1) wash first wash with the black soap, 2) rinse , 3)exfoliate with the glove. The reason for this is the allows the glove to remain abrasive and the skin exposed directly to the glove. However, many, many people still like to use the glove in conjunction with the soap...like a washcloth. This seems to be acceptable to our customers, but we feel the soap may clog the abrasive nature of the glove...and/or one stays to long on an area rubbing that may damage the skin.
