Answer:	Not sure how it can be too big. It is quite generous but elasticized so regardless of how much hair you have, it is not going to fall off. My hair is chin length and this works fine.

Answer:	I think what that mean is don't keep in places like the bathroom. When Your shower it gets hot and moist. It can ruin the vitamins or medications that you have. So don't store in there.
