Answer:	This is best utilized for soaking methods in a bath or if for feet a pail with hot water and naturals. However, you can still out on shower flooring and allow hot water to steam the salts to achieve a similiar effect if using for aches and pains. I find that using the salts as a soaking measure is more effective. These are NOT soap salts to be used as body wash. They do help with aches and pains when used properly.
Question:	Other than packaging, is there a difference between the bag and the container version of this
Answer:	I have never bought the bags because they are too small. I love the smell of their lavender version of these bath salts. Much better than Dr. Teals.

Answer:	I have trouble with larger pills as well. These tablets are not small, per se, but I have no problem with them.

Answer:	Yes, me too. But in this case, I have no question about it - and have had no problems with it over the last 12 years; it works well for me. (Valerin… valerian root; it is inclusive. Other ingredients are listed in description as well: a blend of valerian root, passion flower, magnesium, and other ingredients.)

Answer:	I don't think so. I wouldn't take it to relieve period or leg cramps.

Answer:	Not a bad batch, this product does have an odor. The benefits I get from using it outweigh the odor for me, though I've noticed the odor clings to my hand after handling tablets directly. I just wash hands and that takes care of it.
