Answer:	Sea salt does help with pain. I use the sea salts themselves in the bath. I don't know your pain level so how effective it will be I'm not sure. But it certainly doesn't hurt to try.

Answer:	You rub this on your body and leave it on for 2 minutes before showering Not sure how much exfoliating it does but it sure leaves your skin feeling good. Have never used sugar scrub.

Answer:	I have used it on my face before but only on my cheeks. I use it in the shower, so sometimes after I use it on my body - I put the remaining amount thats in my hands on my cheeks. It is alittle harsh - so I definitely would NOT use it anywhere around your eyes, or if you have sensitive skin.
