Answer:	Well, yes dear, made in China. But it is really a great product and the quality is supreme. The best tongue cleaner I ever had... The brush part is super effective in removing the white layer on the tongue. Lasts for years. I disinfect it once in 3 months by putting it in a saturated salt solution (just tons of salt in warm water).

Answer:	There are 2 sides to this. You use the bristle side first by brushing your tongue and breaking/loosening up all the junk. Then you'll use the scraper/plastic side second to scrape all the junk off your tongue. You'll know when your tongue is clean because you won't be able to scrape anything else off.
