Answer:	They are definitely reusable. I don’t know if there is a length of time before pitching it- probably would depend on how often and how hard you use it. Probably comparable to a toothbrush. Answer:	They look all the same and I'd bet they all would feel the same. I bought 3 different ones, this metal one, the one with the brush on the back side and the popular plastic one.The best one to me was the plastic one http://amzn.com/B000WM1DZWIt covers the most area, the scrape feeling is the best as well. Neither of the three would hurt you or cut you, trust me I've tried really hard and maybe a tiny couple of red dot nothing to worry about.
