Answer:	I've owned 4 Phillips sonic cares over my lifetime. My first two I left the brush in on the charger as a holder , & The battery didn't last as long as when I don't. . I learned my lesson after the first two. I found that when I did not leave the toothbrush on the charger all the time it lasted for years longer, (6! Answer:	My belief is yes. I usually purchase a 12 pack of brushes at a time. This electric toothbrush vibrates at a higher frequency and seems to be much better at whitening teeth when used with a whitening toothpaste. I would make sure you get a dual voltage model, 120-240 if you travel outside the US.

Answer:	I also have a small mouth but once in my mouth, it stays put. I have never awakened with it anywhere but where its supposed to be.

Question:	Will these at least keep my teeth straight
Answer:	I believe using this product long term will help in keeping your teeth straight. I use them at night and sometimes during the day. I mostly use them at night because i grind my teeth (unknowingly). So before bed i put them on and use them all night. In the morning i take them off brush them as i brush my teeth and rinse them in mouth wash before putting them back on. I don't were them the entire day but for a few hours. The directions say to wear the mouthguard for only 3 days but I get about a week depending on how much my life makes me GRIND MY TEETH! My dentist was going to charge me over $550 for one made for me, but I just can't figure out how I would make it clean enough after awhile, so these fit the bill for me, and it will be quite awhile before I amass $550 worth of these. Answer:	I generally use one for 2-3 weeks at a time and haven't noticed any issues doing so. I just use one until it feels worn out (they do get "softer" over time). I used to wear "daily" disposable contact lenses for a week or more as well without any problems. I could be wrong, but it seems to me these companies want you to go through their products quicker than necessary so they can sell more products.

How to use:



1.Boil Water in Microwave or a pot



2.Bring a cup of water to a boil in the microwave or a pot, then let the water cool until it’s somewhere between 158F - 176F. Place the device in the water for half a minute.



3.Place in a Cup of Water



4.Set your mouth guard into a separate cup of cold water for 3-4 seconds. Remove promptly.Then quickly put it into your mouth.



5.Set Custom Impression



6.Bite down firmly into the device to create your impression.



7.Set The Piece Using Cold Water



8.Put the mouthpiece under cold water for 20 seconds to let it harden and form correctly.

Answer:	I use the guard on my upper and lower teeth. If you initially soften them up enough prior to first use, they will conform to your teeth to make a snug fit do that they won't pop out when you speak. They need to soak in hot water for a short time to soften them enough to form correctly around your teeth. Hope this helps.

☛2. Take out the cap of syringe, Bring curved needle tips, hold it and squeeze, paste the gel on the surface of gum until it covers and protects gingival well(it's about 2-4mm thickness and 3- 6mm width)

☛3. Use LED curing lighting about 30-40 seconds till it become solid
