Answer:	I generally use one for 2-3 weeks at a time and haven't noticed any issues doing so. I just use one until it feels worn out (they do get "softer" over time). I used to wear "daily" disposable contact lenses for a week or more as well without any problems. I could be wrong, but it seems to me these companies want you to go through their products quicker than necessary so they can sell more products.

Question:	How long do you leave the light on for
Answer:	The light comes with a pre-set setting i believe it's 12-15 minutes and another setting you can leave on indefinitely.
Question:	When using the UV whitening light with mouthpiece, how long do you do the whitening treatment
Answer:	10 mins at a time BUT it made white dots on y teeth! The dots eventually went away but I didn’t use it again.
Question:	Where can I get more batteries? Can you post a link to the right ones
Answer:	It is a cell battery 2450....you can order that right on Amazon!
Question:	How do you turn on the light? Bought 2 and they don't seem to work
Answer:	Twist the cover piece and remove both batteries. Underneath that is a clear piece of plastic that prevents the battery from wearing out on the shelf. If you remove that plastic then place the batteries back in with the + (plus ) sign on top it should work. The clear piece is hard to see without removing both the batteries.
