Answer:	The strips come individually packaged, as most other brands do. They adhere to your teeth quite intensely. It literally hurts to pull them off. I have used a variety of white strips and would not take a chance on using these again. They whitened my teeth extremely well, perhaps quicker and better than most other brands that I have used. But I felt like they were doing damage that isn't visible to the eye, certainly I fwonder if they were pulling enamel off my teeth with the amount of force it required to remove them.
