Question:	How do you clean it
Answer:	Well... I liked the Flosser, until after less than 2 months it stopped working. But Waterpik, after I answered questions, sent me a new one right away. They said they'd send info on cleaning but I don't have it yet. Just got the replacement so will have to suspend judgment a bit, but I did really like it before. By the way, very difficult to replace batteries and with that first one had to do it 3 times in 2 months before it stopped working altogether - probably the on/off switch.

Answer:	There is a spot for two piks, any you choose. It is to the side of the water tank. You have to store the rest separately.

Answer:	Got mine July 11, 2017, just started bugging out this week. I've used it an avg. of 3x/day for over two years, and the pressure is now going away. So glad you posted this q. and answers! Question:	How loud is the WP-660? I own the WP-65W and it sounds like something you might hear at a construction site
Answer:	WP-100 is the one with a very strong motor, will last for years, unless you forget and leave it running on an empty tank as i did. So what if it is noisy; it works and will last. By the way, using it at more than 2-3 may cause damage to your gum line. Leaky tank valve, even the new WP-100s have a defective tank valve (it doesn't fall down when the tank is removed, therefore the tank dribbles when removed for refill. This problem remains even with new valve inserts (which i obtained from Waterpik's wonderful service). The fix, although slightly annoying, is to take the handle of your toothbrush and gently press down on the valve during the lift off process. You can then discontinue the toothbrush, and refill and reseat the tank, without dribbles occuring. Just grin and bear it. Also, you will need to purchase replacement angled wands because the tip will become junky and can't be cleaned.
Question:	Can I use this in China? The household voltage 220V in China
Answer:	Units sold in US and Canada are for use in the USA and Canada only. The 120 voltage and 60/hertz/frequency rates are not compatible with international currents, even with the use of a converter. Using this model with international currents will result in motor failure and is not covered by the warranty. Answer:	There is no light or indicator, you have to simply give it some time and test it to see if the motor sounds charged. Mine does always charge well and you can leave it plugged in while not in use as it does not over charge.

Answer:	Both Waterpik and Oral-B toothbrushes have made the corporate decision not to sell 220 adaptable units in the U.S., and vice versa. Go to Amazon.co.uk and/or Amazon.de (if you read German) and look them up. They won't ship products with the 'wrong' voltage. Given that essentially all other electronic devices (cell phones, tablets, computers) can take 110-240, there's no excuse. I'm moving to a 220 country next week, and wanted to buy one--but neither the British nor the German sites will ship to the country I'm going to. I'm hoping I'll be able to buy a European model at duty-free in Frankfurt.If you want to use your equipment for a short time, you need to get a transformer, and NOT an adapter that simply makes a U.S. plug fit into a EU outlet. Some people on this--and other--sites report success. The problem is that, while an adapter can change the voltage, it can't change the frequency from 60 to 50 hz. A transformer that's used at the wrong frequency will run hotter, and may burn out, which is why I recommend only short term use. I wouldn't be surprised if the length of time that you have to leave these devices plugged in would melt the transformer that's in the base of the recharging unit.

Answer:	I used the one that came with the shower head.
Question:	Is the hose flexible enough? some are stiff and hit the wall or self when moving it around. also, can anyone give comparison on 2.0 and 2.5 gpm
Answer:	The hose is quite flexible. I have never had any problems with it stiffening like some others and becoming difficult to use until you figure out what went wrong. It never causes a problem. They manage to squeeze it into a small package, so it must be very flexible. The difference between 2.0 and 2.5 is not that much. The first thing you need to know is how much water is coming through the pipe. These gpm numbers are limits to save water. Many water supplies are under 2 gpm so the limits aren't even reached. One way to find out what your water pressure is to time how long it takes for your toilet to refill after you flush it (if you know how much water it uses per flush).

Answer:	i purchased this item based on previous answer -- i wanted a 6' hose. THIS IS A 5' HOSE!
Question:	does this just screw onto the existing shower in my tub or do I need to have someone install it
Answer:	Screws directly onto the shower pipe coming out of the wall. I used plumbers tape although instructions read that the tape is un- necessary. Make sure you hand tighten the different connecting points on the device (one example is where the hose enters the shower head. That hose connection may not be completely tight. If not completely tight that connection may drip). Easy and simple to install. 5-10 minutes, tops. No need for a installer.

Question:	Can you add mouthwash to reservoir water
Answer:	you could brush if you want to after 20 mins post treatment, (waiting the 20 minutes after using the gel & light allows the whitening process to continue...). Tooth structure is such that eating foods or drinking liquids that stain such as coffee, tea, red wine will discolor your teeth over time. This would be true of most tooth whitening systems unless there's a sealant component that would help to deter the staining process. I tend to use a high fluoride toothpaste to cut down on sensitivity and to remineralize the teeth. Ask your dentist for a post-whitening recommendation.
Question:	Anyone know if you can attach regular flossing tips
Answer:	They recommend to whiten for 1 week every 6 months. "For a continuously bright smile, whiten for 1 week every 6 months."

Answer:	Ask your orthodontist. The whitener paste probably wouldn’t hurt but the UV on the metal braces or cement might be a problem.

Answer:	No, only the natural teeth will respond to tooth whitening products; crowns are porcelain, the color they originally were created to be is generally the color they will always be. If your crowns have darkened you might want to have your dentist examine them to see if the crowns are worn down or have some other issue.

Answer:	I put my toothpaste onto this brush and cover each tooth both inside and outside of the uppers and lowers while turned to OFF. I turn on the toothbrush for 2 minutes until it turns off. The reservoir is filled with half Listerine and half water. I use only the flosser to work on each tooth crevice while leaning and spitting into sink which takes 2 minutes. Rinse out the reservoir completely when it's empty to keep it clean. My teeth feel super clean. I also use a tongue scraper. On days when I alternate using my regular sonicare brush at times for a bigger brush feel and dental tape floss. The crowns in the back break the tape so this flosser is a lot easier.

Answer:	I really like my bounty hunter metal detector. I have found 1 quart of coins so far. Only one coin was old. As for depth range I think perhaps a foot deep unless there is a very large piece of metal. It will discriminate, but not too well with large metal. I found a quarter one day about 6 inches deep and filled the hole back up. As always I went over the hole again just in case I missed one. Answer:	Waterpik's answer - "up to 10 gallons per minute" is going to be the best answer, they have a phone number, 800-525-2774 (USA) in case you need more help. My water pressure is way below 60 psi, so any answer from me would be an estimate based on flow rate formulas (try engineering dot stackexchange dot com).

Question:	Why is there no cover over the water? That is unsanitary
Answer:	There is no cover over the water while you are actively using the water pick. However, when not in use, the water reservoir is upside down as a cover. I use a paper towel to dry the inside and everything is covered and remains protected. It is a good unit and I have been very happy with it.
