Question:	How loud is the WP-660? I own the WP-65W and it sounds like something you might hear at a construction site
Answer:	WP-100 is the one with a very strong motor, will last for years, unless you forget and leave it running on an empty tank as i did. So what if it is noisy; it works and will last. By the way, using it at more than 2-3 may cause damage to your gum line. Leaky tank valve, even the new WP-100s have a defective tank valve (it doesn't fall down when the tank is removed, therefore the tank dribbles when removed for refill. This problem remains even with new valve inserts (which i obtained from Waterpik's wonderful service). The fix, although slightly annoying, is to take the handle of your toothbrush and gently press down on the valve during the lift off process. You can then discontinue the toothbrush, and refill and reseat the tank, without dribbles occuring. Just grin and bear it. Also, you will need to purchase replacement angled wands because the tip will become junky and can't be cleaned.
Question:	Can I use this in China? The household voltage 220V in China

Answer:	Waterpic customer service told me NOT to use this with a converter, that it would burn it out. They made it clear they are not just talking about an adapter plug, but a voltage converter. They recommended the WP 260, which is the "kids" model but looks like it will fit into the same case if you already own the 110v version.

Answer:	So far I love it for traveling. I have been using this one for a year now and no problems. I know that the life of this large Waterpik lasts a long time for me and I use it everyday. Answer:	It actually takes up a very small space. The unit can be moved easily to the back of the countertop and them moved forward when in use. The only space that it takes is the actual footprint of the unit which is maybe 8" x 8".

Answer:	Mine doesn't leak, but there is a button on the side that unlocks it so you can get it out. Are you pushing on that button when you are using it? that might be the problem or do you have it push in all the way. Hope this helps.

Answer:	There is no cover over the water while you are actively using the water pick. However, when not in use, the water reservoir is upside down as a cover. I use a paper towel to dry the inside and everything is covered and remains protected. It is a good unit and I have been very happy with it.

Answer:	Folded size is 9 inches tall, 12 inches wide, 4 3/4 inches depth (filled, could be bigger or smaller depending on how much you put in it). Open size is 34 1/2 inches from top to bottom hangong completely open and 11 inches at the widest part.

Answer:	I am not entirely sure, but I believe you should be able to. If not in the brushes spandex section, you could probably do so where the spandex that holds the small lotions are in the picture.

Answer:	Since it gets totally wet, I suppose you could. I just wouldn't suggest that you ever submerge it in water and make sure you dry it out after your done to keep it clean and not grow mold in it.

Answer:	I haven’t ever submerged it completely under water, but between filling it with water and using it, there is a lot of water sloshing around without any problems. BTW, I hate to floss and LOVE this water pik.

Question:	Can you add mouthwash to reservoir water
Answer:	you could brush if you want to after 20 mins post treatment, (waiting the 20 minutes after using the gel & light allows the whitening process to continue...). Tooth structure is such that eating foods or drinking liquids that stain such as coffee, tea, red wine will discolor your teeth over time. This would be true of most tooth whitening systems unless there's a sealant component that would help to deter the staining process. I tend to use a high fluoride toothpaste to cut down on sensitivity and to remineralize the teeth. Ask your dentist for a post-whitening recommendation.
Question:	Anyone know if you can attach regular flossing tips
Answer:	They recommend to whiten for 1 week every 6 months. "For a continuously bright smile, whiten for 1 week every 6 months."
Question:	Can you order another toothbrush
Answer:	Ask your orthodontist. The whitener paste probably wouldn’t hurt but the UV on the metal braces or cement might be a problem.
Question:	I really don't see how this is useful for brushing and flossing at the same time, because flossing washes all the toothpaste away. Seems useless
Answer:	No, only the natural teeth will respond to tooth whitening products; crowns are porcelain, the color they originally were created to be is generally the color they will always be. If your crowns have darkened you might want to have your dentist examine them to see if the crowns are worn down or have some other issue.

Answer:	The waterpix is only 6" wide, a very small it's only 38" around, very small, I have a small space on my sink and it sits great, fits fine I love it, all the little extra stuff sits on top with a lid, you will like it, great....
Question:	Can it go into the shower
Answer:	Make sure the blue container with water in it is fully seated. Mine sometimes doesn't pump so I push down on the corner making the black rubber seal is down properly.
Question:	What's the differences between WP-672 & 660? (other than price). Is it worth the extra money
Answer:	There are five different pics with this particular model, and each pic has a designated purpose. The intent of each pic is explained in the instructions. So, on the surface, I would say the unit is designed for one person. However, it could possibly be used by more than one person if each of those persons requires a different type of pic. For example, two of the pics are tiny, soft brushes. So perhaps one of you would need/prefer a brush, and another person might need/prefer a curved pic. I only use 1 or 2 of the pics myself because those are the pics that meet my personal needs. Hope this information is helpful to you. In closing, I'd like to say that I love this unit and it is the one thing I miss the most when I am traveling away from home.
