Answer:	I clean my night retainers every morning using water with a few drop of dish detergent in this unit. Once a week I clean with a retainer brite tablet. To avoid scratching I never brush them. They remain very clean

Answer:	Yes you use it daily like brushing your teeth daily. The packet contains sample cleaning powder which is used to remove stains and buildups, to prevent them from occurring and for disinfection (weekly). You can get the full size bottle (8OZ) if needed.

Answer:	I just received mine a couple weeks ago and I do like it. I used mine 3 nights in a row then went to twice a week. Then I’ll take it down more. It depends on how your teeth are.
