Question:	How loud is the WP-660? I own the WP-65W and it sounds like something you might hear at a construction site
Answer:	WP-100 is the one with a very strong motor, will last for years, unless you forget and leave it running on an empty tank as i did. So what if it is noisy; it works and will last. By the way, using it at more than 2-3 may cause damage to your gum line. Leaky tank valve, even the new WP-100s have a defective tank valve (it doesn't fall down when the tank is removed, therefore the tank dribbles when removed for refill. This problem remains even with new valve inserts (which i obtained from Waterpik's wonderful service). The fix, although slightly annoying, is to take the handle of your toothbrush and gently press down on the valve during the lift off process. You can then discontinue the toothbrush, and refill and reseat the tank, without dribbles occuring. Just grin and bear it. Also, you will need to purchase replacement angled wands because the tip will become junky and can't be cleaned.

Answer:	Yes, it can fit presta too. First you unscrew the ring shaped cap on the pump head (the part you attach to the valve). Then you flip up the lever, which pushes out a big thick rubber ring a bit, which you grab with your fingernails and pull out. Then you slide out a green part which sits behind the rubber ring. Both the green part and the rubber ring have to be independently rotated 180 degrees and put back in place. Then put down the lever and screw back on the ring shaped cap, then the pump head will fit presta valves. It sounds complicated but it's really not. For the thick rubber ring you have to put the narrow opening toward the front of the pump head to fit a presta valve. For the green part you have to put the end with the little spring facing out toward the front of the pump to fit a presta valve. I make this switch all the time because our bikes use some of both. It's a little fiddly, but at least it can work for both... Hope that helps.

Answer:	Really well. I’ve used ‘large floss’ after using the irrigator and it’s clear the irrigator has done the job. This may vary depending on your type of implant and I know some people continue to use various types of floss and other mechanical methods once a week, but use the irrigator the rest of the time.
