Yes, the quality of this Reach product definitely went downhill since Dr. Fresh bought it. The seller is using a very old picture, before the transfer of the Reach company. This is somewhat False Advertising. The original Reach floss used to be green and thick. It is now white and much thinner. Best bet is to buy the 55 yd pack for a buck at the Dollar Store. It's only worth that much now, at least to me.

Answer:	I received six units of 100 yds.
Question:	Do you have te pe interdental brush
Answer:	The answer is an amazing "that depends!" I am a pediatrician and use the instrument to lift the tongue for lingual frenotomy with local anesthesia. My prior hospital central supply carried the instruments, and kept them sterilized like any other surgical instrument. My current hospital central supply will not sterilize them because they do not carry the approved engraving that someone in CS has to apply and they will not do so. If you have your own autoclave, you could autoclave them at least a few times, but I would watch for instrument failure since they are inexpensive. Personally, I now use them as disposables given the price. The mouth is an inherently unsterile place, and no sutures are used that might retain infection. So I simply open one in a clean fashion, using non sterile gloves, and retract the tongue. I do use "approved" sterile scissors from our CS to make the frenotomy. I think the risk of infection has to be close to zero, and at the Amazon price, I just treat them as disposable. Many years ago, in my own office, I had my own autoclave, in if I did, I would sterilize them in that prior to use. Hope this helps. If your CS is not too "territorial," they might sterilize them for you....

Answer:	Moisturizer helps smooth/even everything out. You can even add a touch more moisturizer after applying, just remember the more moisturizer, the less of a tan... I found that if I DON'T include moisturizer that any tanning product will look spotty and patchy.
Question:	Does this floss contain Xylitol
Answer:	I assume it is but it had a chemical smell, not a rich leather one, so I'm not 100% convinced.That said, I have been using it for about 1 year and it has held up admirably. I only wanted the case (to protect my brushes) so can't attest to the quality of the included brushes.
