Answer:	These were crazy oily. I was very disappointed because of the oil free description.

Answer:	You can, and they're very effective, although they leave an oily residue. Also, the pads are small (about 2 inches in diameter) so you'd probably need to use two for your whole face. I use one of these to remove stubborn waterproof mascara (one pad does both eyes) and then I follow up with a Ponds Towelette, which I use to remove the residual oil from my eyes, and then wash the rest of my face with it. The Ponds towelettes are much larger (about 6x6) and good at removing foundation, but they are ineffective at removing waterproof mascara. I've used this method for over two years and it works perfectly for me.

Answer:	Yes. They never have a tamper-proof seal even when purchasing in a store I've bought many of these over the years. Best eye make-up remover ever in my opinion.

Answer:	I read the ingredients list and can't tell. All the ingredients are at least 5 syllables long!! However, it doesn't feel oily at all. I use it every night and gently wash my face afterwards! I wear contacts so the oil would probably bother my eyes, but it doesn't all all. Been using it for years! It's the only product that removes all the liner and mascara gently and with no rubbing! It's no longer available in the stores so i always buy it on Amazon!

Answer:	I only know that this eye makeup remover is the best I have ever had! It is not runny like the liquids, is a cream, easy to use and remove with a tissue. Very hard to find in stores!
