Answer:	It is more like a travel size.

Answer:	Just a few minutes to dry. A little goes a long way so you don't need a lot on the wand. Be sure to outline your lips 1st and then fill in. If you get a little bit outside of the lip line once it dries. You have to use Vaseline or baby oil the take off the stain. Once it dries the color is matted and looks really nice. I've gotten a lot of compliments on the color It doesn't last as long as Lip Sense which I also have, but it's not as drying as Lip Sense. I tend to use this brand more and will buy a again. Sorry for the long winded answer about how long it takes to dry. I just wanted to add some additional comments .

I fished my used-only-once tube of Revlon "Love That Red" out of my clown make-up bag and tested it on my wrist. It does indeed have a pinkish tinge to it. When I bought it I was looking for "Fire and Ice", which does have a more orange base. It looks like they are selling it again, so hooray for that.
