Answer:	Hey. Twice is good, For me, I use this as an extra gloss for my makeup look. I normally apply twice. The first time will be in the morning during my makeup routine and later in the day if I need a touch up. The touch up is usually needed after I eat. Answer:	I really haven't noticed anything dramatic... but I do think it softens the skin a bit and therefore makes them look less tight (and prim). For that I'm grateful. I don't use it all the time but put it on at times when I think the lips are disappearing ... and it does seem to help. Anything more would probably look a bit grotesque at my age. I will reorder.
