Answer:	No, our NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC Rocks & Fossils Kit is not a dig kit. This is a beginners rock collection.
Question:	do you actually dig/uncover the fossils
Answer:	This was a birthday gift for a 8 year old boy. He loved it as the rocks and fossils were easily identified and he loves his rocks. It is not a polishing device. So you do not need grit. I have seen where National Geographic does offer a small rock polishing kit.
Question:	Does this contain grit? Do I need to buy that separate
Answer:	I have looked up most the rocks included. They are not toxic or radioactive. However I don’t really know all of them, so I can’t be positive. This was a gift to my niece that shared it with her granddaughter. Knowing her I think she would have looked most of them or gotten back to me if there was any issues.

Answer:	There's one quartz point and some rose quartz in there, but not the others you listed.

Answer:	You can absolutely screen mirror WITHOUT wifi. I tried to screen mirror with the roku, chromecast, our smart TVs and several other devices without a wifi connection with no luck. Unbelievably, the firestick allows you to screen mirror with nothing more than your phone and the Fire Stick. Hold down the home button until a prompt comes up allowing you to mirror your device. You don't need internet at all to mirror your device. I spent a year trying to do just that because we didn't have internet where we were. I would download movies and shows on our phone while in town where our phone had a signal then play them at home where we had zero service.

Answer:	Yeah, FireOS (Amazon's modified version of Android) does allow you to sideload apps from unknown sources. You can download any .apk file you want using any browser you want, and use any file manager you want to open and install it.
