Answer:	This is the medium shade. I use both shades, the medium one for my entire face, then the light one as highlighter above cheek bones. So, I apply 110 sunscreen (gently, let it dry for a few mins) then dab under eye concealer, gently rub that in, then apply FIT me shade 122 over that. Then I proceed to add blush, eye liner, eye shadow and mascara. I usually do not need to reapply powder unless I work-out later in the day. Good luck!

Answer:	I paired it with the Revlon ColorStay 2-in-1 Compact Makeup & Concealer, Nude and worked fine. That foundation is a solid that is very, very creamy when you go to apply it, so it doesn't have the greatest staying power without powder, but the concealer is awesome! I bought 2 more just because of the concealer. The foundation does have great coverage though, just don't touch your face a lot.

Answer:	23 is not dark at all. I am a covergirl 120 ivory, bare minerals fair ivory, and can wear 23 with no problem, it does have a more neutral undertone. I agree with 21 being pink but does well as an under eye finishing powder. Hope this helps.
