Answer:	Yes, but I don't mind because I put my regular everyday foundation over it. Primer is meant to smooth out the skin surface for the foundation. It's like filling cracks with spackle before painting. I like this product very much because it's not heavy and greasy at all.

Answer:	I have used this primer for many years and had the white pkg until my last two pump bottles. I've never had an issue unless the bottle was very close to empty. Although my pump bottle was never older than six months as I use a bottle in six months or less. Hope this helps a little.
