After applying mascara, just before it is fully dried, if your lashes still need a bit more curl (this stuff is great with that, without more effort, though), just take your finger and press your eyelashes up almost against your eyelids. Wait about two seconds. Presto! Curled lashes without using an eyelash curler, which can pull out your lashes.

Answer:	This may be an issue with washable version vs waterproof because the washable I wear is a dream to put on in a few strokes and comes off with a dab of tear free baby shampoo or Mary Kay oil free makeup remover (that seems rather oily?) Its never been ever clumpy and the brush comes out of the tube crystal clean except for a dab on the tip that you wipe on the rim, instead of a glob of mascara to wipe and swipe off. Unlike like Exhibitionist mascara, although a great mascara, once you wipe the gobs of it off of the brush before you apply it. Lash Sensation takes under 5 swipes to get full, soft, long, and curled lashes. Curls that lasts all day without an eyelash curler because the wand acts like a perfectly fitted cup that lifts and separate your lashes, in that “every defined lash” way, not the “spider look” way. The fullness is a kind of false lash look too, but soft lashes, not the fake stiff lashes way. I have sparse short lashes due to my thyroid disease, but every time, without fail that I wear this mascara, (I like to wear different colored mascaras on different days), I get the same comments...”oh wow mom, your eyes look really good today”. Question:	Do the fibers flake off when applying
Answer:	Compared to others I’ve used, flaking is minimal. Until it dries well there will be some flakes that fall. I find if I just qtip then off after finishing both eyes, nothing else really falls. My only complaint about any of the fiber lash mascaras is they don’t last long enough before drying out and thickening.
Question:	With the majority of mascara I use I get transfer from my eyelashes to my upper eyelid beneath my eyebrows. will this transfer color
Answer:	I didn't notice any transfer of color, some of the fibers did fall off, but you can easily sweep them away. I think as long as you let them dry properly you shouldnt have any issues.
Question:	Is this for bottom lashes too
Answer:	Hi Katie, you can definitely use it for bottom lashes too. Brushes on like mascara.
Question:	Puffy eye lids sit directory on my short eyelashes, will it work
Answer:	Hi Az, I'm not sure what you mean by having puffy eyelids. If you are seriously sensitive to things on or around your eyes, it's better to just stay away from mascara products in general. But if you are just saying you have short eyelashes, this product works fantastic for adding length and volume to short lashes. Instructions and contact info are on the packaging. Answer:	I have blonde eye lashes and I wear the black. It's a true black, so in sunlight it doesn't look grey. Also the waterproof formula is truly waterproof.

Answer:	I thought the same thing but if you look closely the bottle says WP on it and the one I received is waterproof.

Answer:	Our products have been tested to have at least a 3-year shelf life if unopened and stored at normal room temperature, during which they will retain their integrity and perform as expected. After the product has been opened, discard after 3 months.

Answer:	I haven’t had a problem with the washable version running and I have allergies. I use Micellar water (Garniers brand) to remove the waterproof version.
