Answer:	I have purchased countless tubes of this mascara and 99% of them are completely dry upon opening. If not dry, I only get about 1 week’s use, applying just once a day! I called L’Oreal yesterday to complain and was given a refund. I’d rather they address their quality control as I love this mascara when it works and tubes are not dried out upon purchase!

Question:	Can this be used with masks
Answer:	Not if you wear your mask over your whole face. If you only wear a mask over your nose and mouth and only wear mascara on your eyes you should be ok unless your mask gets accidentally pushed up your face and over your eyes while your mascara is still wet then it might smudge a little bit and you could even get it in your eyes which totally stings. What’s worse is if you then pull your mask back down over your mouth, it could smudge down your whole face and you could then get it in your mouth and on your teeth. You can cover up most of it with the mask but all of the smudges on your upper nose, eyes and forehead will be visible. When it happens to me I just wear sunglasses which helps. So, yes it can, you just have to be careful.
Question:	Has anyone seen this mascara in dark brown
Answer:	I wish it came in brown too. Sometimes black can appear to harsh and too contrasting from the color of my skin. I like the effect of dark full lashes but without it overpowering the overall makeup look!

Question:	I got blackest black is that a good one
Answer:	Yes, but you have to use a steady hand. The round exactify liner tip makes lining the top lid pretty easy. However, it is not as easy to do the bottom but with a steady hand you should be fine.
Question:	does this mascara flake or smudge by the end of the day
Answer:	I have very oily lids, and also am almost 50 and do my lids crease in on themselves more. Every eyeliner I have used ends up transferring from my lash line to my upper eyelid in a messy way. This one doesn’t(or very minimally does). So right there it’s way better than any liner I’ve used. BUT- I tried to sharpen it with a standard liner sharpener and it really destroyed the tip. I’m not sure how to sharpen it any other way, and it’s a big pencil to only be able to use the tip that was exposed upon purchase.
Question:	Has anyone used the black/brown color? Is it a deep brown color or lighter brown
Answer:	I use a basic, generic drugstore eyeliner sharpener. Make sure the sharpener is clean (and sharp) before using. Put both the eyeliner and sharpener in the freezer for about 15 minutes & use promptly after both have chilled. When sharpening, do not apply alot of pressure and only rotate the pencil aprox 3 turns. Reshape the pencil tip with either cold fingertips, marking across a paper towel, or pressing against a cold ceramic dish or cup (chilled in freezer, too). Yes, the eyeliner needs a little more effort than others when sharpening- but to me, it's worth it! I've used the black glitter liner for years- LOVE IT!!! Have experimented with many, many liners and have found nothing comparable. Good Luck!
