Answer:	We have updated our labels and waiting for Amazon to refresh the images. The fist image is that of our original label. We are also waiting on approval to have videos added however the process is selective and we are on the list. Answer:	I used it both, but more in the day, because at night most of it will be absorbed by the bed or pillows, but yes you can use it overnight. i used it daytime and dont wash it till next day.

Answer:	18 is pretty young and our company is not looking to hurt our customers or sales but in all fairness maybe you should wait it out a few more years before trying this product. At 18 there are so many different reasons for hair inhibiting such as genetics, hormones/stress levels, nutrition and exercise. I would check with a DR before buying products. Most of our users are 21+ as that's who our market test was done on before going retail with our product. I know you can probably find reviews for it working for young folks but we wouldn't want you getting a product and not receive the anticipated results. This is just a fair heads up as we don't want you burning your wallet if waiting a year or two would make the product work at peak levels.

Answer:	I don't wear contacts but I can say that the mascara does not break off in any way, so nothing gets in your eye.

Answer:	I found that this mascara is great for everyday waterproof - not good for swimming - I read a couple of reviews that stated people washed it off in the shower and others stated they couldn't get it off with makeup remover. I tried both. It took several splashes of warm water before it started to run - and eventually - though not all of it - started to melt away. I use a covergirl waterproof eye makeup remover and a wash cloth made for make up removal, and it came off just fine. I have to admit, there were a lot of little fibers at the bottom of the shower when completed, but easily washed down the drain. This mascara is well worth the try, believe me. I have been using it now for a week or more, and I love it! I even bought some for a co-worker to try - I love it. RA

Answer:	Compared to others I’ve used, flaking is minimal. Until it dries well there will be some flakes that fall. I find if I just qtip then off after finishing both eyes, nothing else really falls. My only complaint about any of the fiber lash mascaras is they don’t last long enough before drying out and thickening.
Question:	With the majority of mascara I use I get transfer from my eyelashes to my upper eyelid beneath my eyebrows. will this transfer color
Answer:	I didn't notice any transfer of color, some of the fibers did fall off, but you can easily sweep them away. I think as long as you let them dry properly you shouldnt have any issues.

Question:	Does the brown color actually look brown, or dark enough to pass as black
Answer:	You would need to look at the ingredients. Personally, I would not put it inside my mouth. It might chip off, and you would be ingesting the chemicals which can't be good. There are lots of pencils/crayons made for Halloween costumes.

Answer:	Yes. It is better than most; anyone with auburn/red hair can wear this - it can be applied thinly, easily

Answer:	I often change color of mascara according to time of day and season. I have medium brown auburn hair so in summer I like to wear a dark brown since the days are longer and black can look severe in daylight. In winter though ( I live up north) with less sun and cloudy days I think black is better. The occasion can can also determine color choice evening parties and darker nightclubs call for black mascara. Go with what you fell is right.. I like this mascara because I trust neutrogena.

Answer:	It will lengthen them but what I like best about this product is that it doesn't give you raccoon eyes. No smudging. Can't answer the thickness question cuz being older my lashes have gotten so thin but it certainly enhances the little lashes I have left.

Answer:	My bottle says, "Made in Jordan by Juman"! NOTE: others have reported Made in China, that's indicative of a possible fake. Since it's been marketed as "Dead Sea Mineral Skincare", it's reasonable to assume Jordan is in the vicinity of the Dead Sea, China isn't.
