Question:	What is the difference between the colors of "milk" and "cottage cheese
Answer:	What an excellent question! It looks to me to be cool to neutral. The name "Milk" is perfect for it, because it is the color of milk. It isn't blue at all, but it is cool. However, it works great of my warm toned, yellow based skin, so it is somewhat neutral. Something I should have mentioned before, it is not the kind of pencil that should be used if you want something white in your eye look. It's not that it isn't pigmented, it is, it just works much better as a base rather than something you'd wear on it's own. It does show up enough to be a highlight, but because I am very pale, the color gets a little lost on my skin. It will show up better on people with medium to dark skin tones. I hope this helps!
Question:	Is the milk a warmer or cooler white? Is it more cream or more blue-ish white tone
Answer:	It doesn't twist up, it sharpens. You have to use a jumbo sharpener from Nyx or some other sharpener with the larger and regular holes. Also, many people advocate for freezing the pencil for a few minutes before sharpening to keep it from smearing and smashing. Search Youtube for "how to sharpen a nyx jumbo eye pencil" and you should be good to go.
Question:	how do you get this to twist up?? does it come up at all
Answer:	I just got this in and highly disappointed that only the tip of the product is all you get. I assumed it was a swivel bottom.. I was wrong. That being said, I put it on my waterline as soon as I received it (about 930am) bc that’s why I bought it. And at midnight last night it was still there. I do not wear makeup daily as as SAHM, but I loved the quality of the this liner/crayon. So for me it’ll last a bit. For daily wearers, not long at all.

Answer:	One thing I do is set the eyeshadow primer with finishing powder then add the eyeshadow and liner. It should be ok to use alone without shadow. Just set it first.
Question:	How do you apply this product? I purchased the white one and am not sure how to apply
Answer:	If you have short nails just use your fingers . Close your eyes and apply it on your eye lid and or up to your eyebrow if you are putting eye shadow there. If you have long nails you can use a eye shadow brush to get the product. Just use it as a base for where you want your eye shadow to be.

Question:	I am 54 and have medium brown hair. What color would be best for me
Answer:	I have medium ash brown hair, blue eyes and fair skin. I bought the dark brown/brown, and use it with a light touch. I'm 58, and eyebrows are thin, and getting lighter. I can easily get a shape and thicken without looking remotely artificial. Also, the hair at the outer arch tends to stand straight up. The wax after the powder helps tame that nicely and doesn't mess with the powder. The other way, wax before, makes the powder darker because you are coloring the wax.
Question:	how do you use it
Answer:	I apply the darker powder onto the outer edges of the brows that are more thinned out and somethimes use the gray for the inner part, depending on how shaped I want my eyebrows to be. I don't really use the wax unless because I find that the powder stays on throughout my day. (Apparently the wax is applied first so that the powder sticks on for longer)
Question:	I have gray almost white hair and it looks like I have no brows is blond the right color to use
Answer:	I'd go with the blond. My hair is grayish; what brows I have left are sort of dark and bristly! but the lighter of the two "blond" powders--they are more two shades of light brown--seems to work well, blending in with what sparse rows I have left! I'm no makeup expert, but I found this product easy to use. The brushes are short, to fit in the little case, but the stiff, angled one does the job as an applicator and the other one blends in the stabilizing gel. I use a magnifying mirror if I really want to get it right, but I can also just whip some color in place and go.
Question:	Do you use the color powder first and then the wax to set? Which tool for which product
Answer:	I dip a little in the wax and then the powder, then put it on my eyebrows. At first I tried what other people said and did the wax first then powder, or powder first and then wax but I felt each time the wax would just make my eyebrows look oily but when I'd mix it I got the perfect result and love the product.

Answer:	lightly dab on some regular vasoline (I got mine at Walmart) then close your eyes, tilt your head back and sprinkle it on. After that I tipped my head down and blinked a few times to not get it in my eyes

Answer:	I used this in two ways. First, it has sort of a salt-shaker top so I applied glitter primer and then "shook" the glitter on until desired.
