Now if it sold only online, then it does not have to undergo the animal testing, but that would be up to the company to submit itself for these requirements. Maybe the company can provide input as to whether it is only sold online in China or in actual stores. I watched the video and they didn't say whether they sold in Chinese stores or only online. I can appreciate if the ACTUAL ingredients are vegan/cruelty-free, however, anything sold in actual Chinese stores has to undergo animal testing so that would certainly not make it cruelty free.

Answer:	Just my facial cleanser. You don't need eye makeup remover. The only time I use eye makeup remover is when I have on water proof mascara.

Answer:	yes, totally. Using it is easier with prior experience in applying eye liner, and I would recommend a pencil for beginners using eye liner. But the only reason for that is just that it's easy to accidentally apply too much on the lower lash line. Overall, however, it's really great. While a steady hand is always better for applying any eye liner, this gel liner is a lot more forgiving than, say, a liquid liner, so it's really great for making winged liner.

Answer:	This is a twist up pencil you don’t need to use sharpener. If you want to give a pointy edge at the bottom of the pencil pull off plastic piece and sponge and you will find a sharpener. It’s not necessary to use

Answer:	I find it to last as long as I'm applying, one reason I recommend this product. Other's dry fast even reapplying later. I can reapply later to freshen up if needed & still Epic still applies smoothly. You can't go wrong, try it!! I'm very picky, so for me to like & purchase really says something.

Answer:	Actually they are NOT really cruelty-free....their parent company (major brand, L'Oreal) sells in China which requires animal testing (just like how MAC isn't REALLY cruelty-free) and L'Oreal straight up lies (fudges facta) about this on their website/packages. While NYX still doesn't test on animals (final product OR ingredients), buying their products helps profit a company that tests a ton of stuff on animals! PETA let's this slide but the Beagle Freedom Project (and even Sephora) does not (and they have an app called Cruelty Cutter that tells you about each product/brand - you can look them up AND EVEN SCAN BY BARCODE so you can check the products already in the house!). Answer:	Hi-just to provide some info, if it sold in mainland China, then it is certainly not cruelty-free and is required by Chinese law to be tested on animals. Now if it sold only online, then it does not have to undergo the animal testing, but that would be up to the company to submit itself for these requirements. Maybe the company can provide input as to whether it is only sold online in China or in actual stores. I watched the video and they didn't say whether they sold in Chinese stores or only online. I can appreciate if the ACTUAL ingredients are vegan/cruelty-free, however, anything sold in actual Chinese stores has to undergo animal testing so that would certainly not make it cruelty free.

Answer:	China. just a warning, I didn't receive the product that is pictured. mine was not the same brand (I've used vogue before and I like it. what I got was all in Chinese and only 1 pen). do not recommend

Despite the plastic-coated appearance of the Eyeliner, it can be sharpened with a cosmetic sharpener. Our Expert Tools Dual Sharpener would be a great product to use! For best results, turn the pencil gently in the sharpener 3 or 4 times, being careful not to apply excess pressure. After sharpening, remove all shavings from the blade edge. Your sharpener should be replaced whenever the blade has dulled and is no longer giving the expected results. We hope this information helps!

Answer:	It's a small pot, but it will last forever. Because it is so highly pigmented, I just dab my brush in it and it has enough product on it! I use it on the inside of my lower lid, and it lasts all day! Only liner I will ever use.
