Answer:	yes, totally. Using it is easier with prior experience in applying eye liner, and I would recommend a pencil for beginners using eye liner. But the only reason for that is just that it's easy to accidentally apply too much on the lower lash line. Overall, however, it's really great. While a steady hand is always better for applying any eye liner, this gel liner is a lot more forgiving than, say, a liquid liner, so it's really great for making winged liner.

Answer:	I wore it at the beach and it stayed put. I use coconut oil on a rag to wash it off. It takes a little work but anything that doesn't wear off in the water or melt off will.

Answer:	Despite the plastic-coated appearance of the Eyeliner, it can be sharpened with a cosmetic sharpener. Our L'Oreal Dual Sharpener would be a great product to use! For best results, turn the pencil gently in the sharpener 3 or 4 times, being careful not to apply excess pressure. After sharpening, remove all shavings from the blade edge. If it's too hard, even young girl's skin can resist the quick smooth line you want to make. This is why I always always preferred silky liquids and a brush but the soft neutral non gloss colors I need are becoming almost impossible to find in the right consistency even though professional educated make-artists always suggest lighter tones for women over 50 and sometimes younger. I can't picture glazed toffee. I was really looking for a smokey taupe but I'm about to give up.

Answer:	All eye makeup, in my opinion , should be used up by 3 months. It is a small bottle, so applying daily probably meets that time frame. I have never had a problem and don't keep tabs on it.Best stay on liner I have tried. I do use a primer under, most of the time.
