Answer:	Just my facial cleanser. You don't need eye makeup remover. The only time I use eye makeup remover is when I have on water proof mascara.

Answer:	yes, totally. Using it is easier with prior experience in applying eye liner, and I would recommend a pencil for beginners using eye liner. But the only reason for that is just that it's easy to accidentally apply too much on the lower lash line. Overall, however, it's really great. While a steady hand is always better for applying any eye liner, this gel liner is a lot more forgiving than, say, a liquid liner, so it's really great for making winged liner.

Answer:	I love it for my eyelids. Just make sure when you use it on your upper lid that you give it 30 to 60 seconds to set before you keep your eyes fully open. I haven't tried it on my waterline because I use IT Cosmetics no tug waterproof gel eyeliner, and I LOVE that! As for the crumbling, don't turn it up very high because it is fragile and will break. If you keep it low then you shouldn't have much problem...... Unless of course it's really really old and then it might crumble.
