Answer:	Hi-just to provide some info, if it sold in mainland China, then it is certainly not cruelty-free and is required by Chinese law to be tested on animals. Now if it sold only online, then it does not have to undergo the animal testing, but that would be up to the company to submit itself for these requirements. Maybe the company can provide input as to whether it is only sold online in China or in actual stores. I watched the video and they didn't say whether they sold in Chinese stores or only online. I can appreciate if the ACTUAL ingredients are vegan/cruelty-free, however, anything sold in actual Chinese stores has to undergo animal testing so that would certainly not make it cruelty free.

But the only reason for that is just that it's easy to accidentally apply too much on the lower lash line. Overall, however, it's really great. While a steady hand is always better for applying any eye liner, this gel liner is a lot more forgiving than, say, a liquid liner, so it's really great for making winged liner.

Answer:	I don't find this difficult to apply. As any other liquid or gel liner, practice will help a lot. Make sure you clean the brush after every use with a tissue or a make up remover wipe. I really like how it looks and it's very versatile because it allows me to create fine lines for a more discrete look or thicker lines for a dramatic look.

Answer:	I am in my early 70's, and most people think I am in my early 60's! I have worn this product for at least 5 years. Question:	Hooded eyelids: Does this transfer from your eyelid to the crease area
Answer:	I have this problem with my right eye only so I am able to compare hooded/non-hooded when experimenting with eyeliners. While, most gel/cream/pencil eyeliners will transfer to the crease of my right eye almost immediately, I have found that this L'Oreal gel eyeliner does it the least. By the middle to end of the day, my right eye will have a slightly darker crease area than the left eye, but it's not too noticeable. Liquid eyeliner is the only type I've found that won't transfer at all, but with those I run into the problem of cracking/flaking.

Answer:	Latisse has to go right on the lash line doesn't it? If so, then yes, I would think it would work beautifully. It's quite small and I find it very easy to control it right on my eyeliner on my lash line and get a great smudge.
