Answer:	This is a twist up pencil you don’t need to use sharpener. If you want to give a pointy edge at the bottom of the pencil pull off plastic piece and sponge and you will find a sharpener. It’s not necessary to use

Answer:	There are lots of short video tutorials on YouTube. On the other hand, here are some tips on how to rock a perfect cat's eye! 1. Press I find it easier to get a good stamp when looking down into a mirror. The stamp has a small V indent on the edge that lines up perfectly with the corner of your eye. Just line it up and press. Here’s the thing: It’s not going to look perfect just yet. Think of the stamp as an outline. A couple presses leaves a good mark. You’ll have to go in and perfect it later. Once you stamp on one side, flip the tool over and there’s another stamp for the opposite eye (they’re clearly marked left and right so you won’t mix it up). 2. Line Lids I use the eyeliner pen to line my lids and perfect the angular shape of the wing. A few tips: Start from the inner corners and work your way out. I also like to hold the pen flush against my lash line, so that I’m using the side of the tip to draw instead of just the very thin, pointed end. 3. Answer:	Actually they are NOT really cruelty-free....their parent company (major brand, L'Oreal) sells in China which requires animal testing (just like how MAC isn't REALLY cruelty-free) and L'Oreal straight up lies (fudges facta) about this on their website/packages. While NYX still doesn't test on animals (final product OR ingredients), buying their products helps profit a company that tests a ton of stuff on animals! PETA let's this slide but the Beagle Freedom Project (and even Sephora) does not (and they have an app called Cruelty Cutter that tells you about each product/brand - you can look them up AND EVEN SCAN BY BARCODE so you can check the products already in the house!). Answer:	I had the same problem. I loved how the product went on & stayed on, but it was a terrible mess to attempt sharpening it. I tried my 2-hole-size sharpener and neither size worked. The casing is so hard that I thought the blades would break; when I got through the casing the tip would break off. If I managed to get a tip sharpened, the outer casing edges were so jagged that they caught on my eye and hurt! After the third tedious cleaning of my clogged sharpener, I gave up. I don't have the time or energy to go through that every few days...

Answer:	It's supposed to be waterproof, but it does get dull over the course of the day, especially if you have oily skin around your eyes. I have found that it's helpful to use a high-quality concealer under the eyeliner. This helps the eyeliner to stay on the skin without getting dull during the day. I hope that this helps!

Answer:	Yes still same liner. Mine came in the regular packaging. Not the one in the product photo

Answer:	Whenever I wear it I make sure to wipe it off before bed but there's been a few times I forget and it will still be there the next morning. It's very good and long lasting in my opinion.
