Answer:	I am very fair and it took at least 2 applications before it became noticeable. My friend, who disclosed that this wAs the product that kept her so “healthy “ looking, suggested that I use it for three days in a row to begin, then every other day after that. Answer:	I have never used it on my face. I use the jergens natural glow for faces. It would probably work on the face, but Iolive the one made just for faces.

Answer:	No. I actually put it on at night and let it work. So in the morning I shower and it washes the smell off. Just don't rub soap on your legs. I put it on, wait a couple minutes to let it dry and then go to bed. works great. Happy tanning!

Answer:	I don't really use it on my face, because I break out easily, I tend to use a self tanner product that is for your face. For this Jergen's product if I do put it on my face, I only use a very light amount.

Answer:	I have always used it on wet skin. I don’t find too many issues with evenness. I kinda shake dry and use my hands to fling off some of the water first, and then I go in like a circular motion and try to stay away from my elbows, knees and ankles. I don’t if that helps any. Best of luck. Maybe you could water it down a bit or slightly wet section by section and put it on, instead of doing it on dry skin or super shower wet skin.

Answer:	Yes, I have very light skin and tried it, but it made no difference. I exfoliated first and followed the written directions and when that did not work I later tried again and left it on for much longer which was difficult because I kept my eyes closed the entire time. Still no results.

Question:	Have never used self tanner. How do you apply to the under part of your arms
Answer:	I'm very fair, so first I rub a small dab of regular lotion on my elbows to prevent too much darkening. Then I rub tanner on the outer surface of my upper & lower arm, including the back of the shoulder cap where the sun always burns me first. If you work quickly, you can rub the residue around to the underneath of the arms, which normally tan less than the tops. At least that works for me.
Question:	I have bruises and dark marks all over my legs. Will this product help cover them up
Answer:	I think it might make the dark marks even darker because you are applying it to your entire leg. I thought this product would be easier and would produce a more even tan than other products because you apply it when wet. I did not find that to be the case. I have yet to find a "foolproof" self tanner.

Answer:	I have used both also and did find a difference. I'm 54 now and had been using the "firming" formula for several years. I bought the regular one day and within a couple of weeks started to notice how old and creepy my legs started to look. "When did that happen?" OK I panicked a little. I went back to using the firming moisturizer and the creepy skin tighten up. I can wear shorts and bathing suits again which is good because I live on a boat. I don't know how effective it will become later or if I hadn't been using it consistently, but because I've used it since I was 48 I've been able to keep my smooth 30/40 something legs well into my 50s at least. I also have a super light complexion which never tans. I wouldn't be without this stuff.

Question:	Is this for the face as well as the body
Answer:	I use it on just my face, neck, and hands. I use the regular Jergens glow for the rest of my body. It works great and looks natural.
Question:	How long do i need to wait to get dressed after applying
Answer:	You need to wear it overnight. If you put on clothing right away it will mess with the self tanner. If you have to get dressed I'd wait at least 3-4 hours but sleep overnight if possible.
Question:	Is this for use on the face as well as the body
Answer:	Not sure if it was designed for the face, but I use it on both my face and body and it works great! :)
Question:	After the moisturizer dries does it stain clothing? What about areas of persperation
Answer:	This product gives a very nice result. It does stain areas of perspiration with light colored clothing. If you use it and allow it to fully dry and penetrate your skin, this decreases staining. Since it's not a tint (rather a chemical reaction with your skin) there's no direct transfer of color. It has a particular scent that some find unpleasant. The scent will linger on clothing and linens. Look for bottles labeled "without odor" not just "improved scent". These are the best ones. If you are looking for a daily moisturizer, try Jergens Natural Glow (not the Jergens 3 days to glow- which I use for quickly upcoming occasions). One more thing- for both money and quality, this is the best on the market.

Answer:	According to the Fake Bake website, their products can be used on the face. I've never used a sunless tanner on my face, so I can't speak from experience regarding the results. Since it has an instant bronzer to indicate coverage, you should be ok to use it on your face. I would suggest applying it sparingly and rub it in well.
Question:	if i go swimming with this on the next day i put it on will it come off
Answer:	If you apply it on thursday and go swimmning Friday, no your "tan" will not come off. The DHA reacts with your skin and turns your outermost skin cells darker, it is not a temporary wash-off product.
Question:	i sweat a lot during workouts, would this product come off
Answer:	Yes it would.
Question:	Where can I buy application gloves for fake bake
Answer:	Gloves are included with the lotion. If you use care removing them, they'll outlast the bottle of lotion. If you happen to get a package without gloves (it happened to me once), you can use the same inexpensive gloves as for hair color application, available at any beauty supply.
