Answer:	I don’t know. I used the Baking side only, however up to 525 degrees F without any problem. Butter it or use baking sheet

Answer:	The pans come with a silicone liner. The pans themselves are very shiny and do not have a non stick coating on them. However with a quick spray of oil, food doesn’t stick. These sheets have stayed the nicest of any ones I have purchased- including the pricey name brands

Question:	Is this ceramic or titanium
Answer:	It is a different quality of stainless, there is more iron in the trays
Question:	Does this use 100% argan oil
Answer:	These should work great on a BBQ grill as a drip pan or to get indirect heat to your food. However expect your tray to become severely discolored on a charcoal grill. I have used older trays like this on my BBQ. They worked fine but it is very discolored from the heat and smoke that hard scrubbing won't get off.
Question:	If i buy the cortex straightener from the u.s, does it work also in the european electricity? i live in israel
Answer:	Yes it is stainless steel. I've been in manufacturing for over 35 years and they are made of stainless steel. The quality is out standing, and build to last unlike foreign junk. Pans are heavy duty mirrored stainless for easy clean up, rack is well maid with good welds and heavy gauge wire. I know quality and can honestly say these are top quality. They are so handy I've bought 3 sets!
Question:	Can the device be used just using distilled water for steam, or do I have to use the oil every time I use it? How big are the plates
Answer:	I would say No since I don’t know the size you’re using now for your Air Fryer these basically are used in an regular oven and definitely the best I have come across !
