Answer:	The listing does not claim that the Miracurl is dual voltage, nor does it say it anywhere on the package that it is, because it is not.

Answer:	I just purchased this product. It looks like the fake one, and after doing some research, I realized I did get the knock off from this seller "midnight beauty". The image of the model was very orangish, and the background colors were off. Also, I noticed that when I went on the Miracurl website and took a close look of the BabylissPRO Miracurl nano Titanium, the prints by the switches were off, from what I was looking on their website. Very sad that it does not tell its customer it is not the authentic product.

Answer:	This "Babyliss" curl is counterfeit! Buyer beware!! I ordered 1 from a few different sellers and they were all counterfeit. I even ordered from the "Fulfilled By Amazon" sellers and they were also counterfeit!! Amazon, why do you allow counterfeit merchandise on your site????Amazon won't allow me to post this review on the listing.

Answer:	After reading through ALL questons and reviews, I can't help but wonder if the whole "real vs. authentic" issue is something cooked up by competitor products, and/or disappointed users unable to master the device, or don't look any good even if they do. I wanted to buy one of these 3 years ago, but was scared off by the fake vs real debate. Just now tried to purchase one from the Babyliss website, but that's not possible. I did learn, however, that they're sold at Sally Beauty Supply stores. So, I checked their website. Alas, they do not have the selection that Amazon does, but thet do have pix of "authentic" products, not to mention insights from professionals regarding these products. That was helpful. Now, to anyone who truly believes they were sold a fake, I'm sorry. This is only My Humble Opinion here, and don't forget: Amazon has a return policy! If you believe you were sold a fake product, whether it's a Babyliss hair curler or a brand new bike, Amazon really truly does stand behind what they sell, even when they're not actually the ones selling the product. You've got to be pretty darned happy about that, right? And just in case you're wondering, no, I do not work for Amazon, I merely shop here.
