Question:	Does it come with a carry pouch as stated in discription
Answer:	It came with a short cover that just covers the heating barrel but not the whole curling iron. I would not describe it as a carrying pouch.
Question:	Is this auto Shut Off? Some say yes, some say no
Answer:	Yes it is! And I know because my daughter leaves it on all the time! It automatically shuts off!
Question:	Does this item have duel voltage capability? The Conair website, same exact model, says it does
Answer:	This model CS221N is NOT dual voltage. It is clearly marked 120V on the packaging and on the iron itself. And if you go to Conair's website for this model, it says Single Voltage. You might be able to use a travel converter to use in Europe (220V) but if you plug this sucker directly into an outlet that is putting out 220V (even if the plug and outlet shape is the same) it will fry and die.
Question:	Does it have auto shut off
Answer:	Yes, it does. I believe it shuts off after 45 minutes.

Answer:	The higher the setting the faster the curl. I love this thing. It's been a real time saver. The price is quite good and mine arrived in 2 days.
Question:	can this be used on medium length hair
Answer:	Yes, I think so. I have long straight, fine hair and it works even on it. The "clip" (like a regular curling iron) is shorter and makes styling a lot easier than a traditional wand. (No burnt fingers!) One caution - have a regular curling iron as back-up because this can leave little kink marks in your curl if left on hair too long/too hot. I use a regular curling iron or wand to smooth out those parts of the curls.
Question:	I need a tangle proof swivel cord as I curl my hair in one direction. Is this what I'm looking for
Answer:	This cord gets twisted and tangled. It does swivel, but that didn't stop it. Once it's twisted it's twisted for good too.

Answer:	I do not believe it is because I looked in my instruction guide and it says nothing about ceramic. I do love my curling iron and it does a great job for me.It is small and folds. I just used it in Dubai and all over India. no problems

Answer:	Definitely too big to use for travel. I think it is good for everyday use although I find it a bit awkward to use because it is big and bulky and I have somewhat small hands. If you have small hands and find the heaviness a problem, I would look for a more compact curling iron. I tend to use my old Conair more than this new one because of the size and weight of this one. It curls hair just fine though.
Question:	Does it have Dual voltage
Answer:	Yes, I used it Thailand and it worked perfectly. No switch to remember, I just plugged it in and there was no problem. PS; I love it, use it at home and abroad as it works very well on my hard to curl straight hair.

Answer:	I think you would need something to keep the curl because I used it with and without and without anything, the curls fell out pretty fast. You could use any styling spray that you normally use. I use my Paul Mitchell Freeze spray on it as soon as I take it out of the iron

Answer:	Press "+" and "-" simultaneously to switch temperature display from "℃" to "℉". Hope it helps.

Answer:	Ceramic has always been my preference. But when I wanted to buy one that had a smaller circumference, I spotted this one. The price was so much lower than ceramic I thought I'd give it a try. I was very pleasantly surprised. It heated much hotter than other metal barrels I have used in the past, and has a decent range of temperatures. I use the middle of the range and it doesn't burn my hair, but gives it a nice firm curl. I use a ceramic on for a 1'" curl on the top of my do, and if I didn't know that one was metal and one was ceramic, I wouldn't be able to tell the difference in their results. Don't think you could go wrong with this one. I give it a two thumbs up. One other note about curling irons, while ceramic is very good, I think the critical element is the ability to be able to set the heat control over a wide range of temperatures to accommodate your specific hair composition. Answer:	You should use a 1 inch barrel or bigger the bigger the barrel the looser the curl. Use an argon oil product on your hair for protection on your ends and extra shine. I like to use argon oil on WET hair because on dry hair it can make your hair greasy.

Answer:	A 2 inch curling iron will give your hair some light body in your hair. Similiar to blowing drying it with big round brush. But, if you are looking for curls, I would go with a 1" or 1.5" for bigger curls. If you want tighter curls, get a 1" wand. There are all kinds of videos on how to curl long hair with wands. You can get two different looks depending on how you wrap your hair around wand. Good luck!

Answer:	depends on the length of your hair. If it is NOT super long I would go for 1.25. I purchased 2" first and returned before opening the package as my hair is medium length and fairly darn straight and medium thick and it was way too big. I purchase the 1.5 and it is better, but I should have gone with 1.25 yet I'm keeping the 1.5" because I opened it. If you have medium length hair and medium to thick hair from my experience I would get the 1.25. My hair is straight and fairly long layered and I seek a more beachy wave which I think the 1.25 would accomplish great. Where I got my hair layered and ombre they had a 2" yet she was a master and a TON of product. I hope that helps and I wasn't too confusing!
