Answer:	I just purchased this product. It looks like the fake one, and after doing some research, I realized I did get the knock off from this seller "midnight beauty". The image of the model was very orangish, and the background colors were off. Also, I noticed that when I went on the Miracurl website and took a close look of the BabylissPRO Miracurl nano Titanium, the prints by the switches were off, from what I was looking on their website. Very sad that it does not tell its customer it is not the authentic product.

Answer:	We tested the 164 among other brands and models at the store, and found 164 has the best sound that very similar to real piano. We ended up buying 184 since 164 is discountinued. We had the piano for over a week and my 6 years old daughter loves it so much and started practicing everyday. I love piano music and am sensitive to the sound, and I am satisfied with 184's sound quality. I agreed you wouldn't get any model lower than this.

Answer:	I use it on my long bangs, but it does seem to make tighter curls on shorter hair.

Answer:	Yes it works. I found it easy to use. It takes a little longer for me to do all my hair because you can only curl a small amount at a time but it does curl it.

Answer:	Depends on the length of your hair. Regardless of the length, you have to put narrow sections in the curler. It's more like 30 seconds to a minute PER SECTION! So about 30 min for a full head of hair for longer, thicker hair.
Question:	How is this different from the Conair Infiniti Pro
Answer:	QVC has both of them. I think the difference is the cheaper one heats up to 400 and just does 1" curls. The Infiniti Pro has two barrels (1" and 1 1/4") and heats up to 450 I believe, but it's twice the price of the cheaper one. Can't see paying double for just 1/4 inch more curl myself. I haven't decided if I'll get one or just find a cheaper one than both.

Answer:	I'm a hair dresser and I would not recommend using this on wet hair. It will dry your hair out and damage it. However, I blow dry my hair quickly with my hand, I don't even use a brush, and then the Instawave smooths my hair out for me and makes it look acceptable haha. I love this thing so much, I bought a second one in case the first one ever breaks. I haven't tried it on straight hair yet, so I don't know how well it works for thinner straight hair, but for medium to very thick hair, it is excellent!

Curl Hair - How do I use it?

Make sure the hair is completely dry.

For Waves:

1. Select the Wave Setting by sliding the switch to Wave Mode.

2. Slide the Wave Direction switch to your desired setting.

3. Always insert the hair into the appliance with the open part of the ceramic chamber facing toward the head. For longer-length hair, insert the hair into the appliance further down the section to ensure the hair is drawn into the ceramic chamber efficiently.

Important! If the appliance is not released from the hair, it will beep continuously and the power indicator will flash until the handles are released. The continue using the appliance, remove from the hair and use as normal.

To allow the section to set, do not comb or brush the hair until it cools.

After use, switch off and unplug the appliance.

Straighten Hair - How do I use it?

Make sure the hair is completely dry.

For Smooth Styles:

1. Select the Smooth Setting by sliding the switch to Smooth Mode.

2. Always insert the hair into the appliance with the plate part facing toward the head. Place a section of hair between the straightening plates, close to the roots.

3. Firmly close the handles together to allow the hair to be drawn into the ceramic chamber, where it will be gently preheated and then straightened for perfectly smooth results.

4. Important! Once the hair has begun to be drawn into the ceramic chamber, hold the hair firmly between the straightening plates and immediately slide down the length of the hair slowly and smoothly from root to tip.

Answer:	The iron doesn’t (in my opinion) get hot enough to do anything and I have super fine hair. I returned it.
