After talking to Farouk about the two flat irons I have both having issues I was flabbergasted when they told me that " Their products are not to be sold on the internet and if purchased that way it voids the warranty!" I don't know how they can do that legally but it is even written on the insert in the box. One that I purchased had the plug plastic shatter exposing the wires. The other just stopped working and they would not cover either. I certainly got an education in this matter. The model GF1001 if made in the USA is a counterfeit if made in China it is authentic. I initially purchased two and just found out one is authentic and the other is not. I ordered a new one to replace the one that had the problem with the plug and the nNoteew one is counterfeit. It's hit or miss but no matter what even if it is authentic they WILL NOT warranty it. I am actually researching the legal aspect of not warranting it if purchased on line. The state of CA has very rigid consumer laws and I have a hunch they are violating them. Good Luck! ***they all say "USA" on the outside of the box

Answer:	Of course it will! Make sure you use it hot enough and don’t tug on your hair until it’s completely cooled. To keep the curl in straight hair, you HAVE to use product! Texture spray, hairspray, etc.

Answer:	For deep tighter waves section your hair into smaller sections, bigger sections of hair for loose light waves. You can also use more or less pressure when you clamp the tool on your hair, for example, I use less pressure and less time when closer to my roots so they don’t get that weird straight line at the top of my head and then as I move down I use more pressure and hold it a few seconds longer. Use a light coat of texture spray before and after and comb through your hair with your fingers to separate the waves and it won’t be frizzy. Use a volumizing power in your roots after so that it doesn't look flat compared to the rest of your hair. I also pull the tool up and away from my scalp when I am at the roots so it gives it a bit of volume.

Q: Why automatic curling irons not curl hair?

A: When curling hair, make sure to press the "Curl" button fully. After curling for a few seconds, you will hear multiple beeps, please don't let go. When you hear two beeps, release the "Curl" button and hair. To get long-lasting curls, use it with a styling spray / oil.

Q: Is there a charging adapter in the package?

A: The automatic hair curler comes with a charger cable USB ( Type C ). Please use a 5V / 2A adapter to charge the automatic hair curler.

Q: How to solve the problem of accidentally stuck hair?

A: There is a black plastic ring on the top of the curlers. When the hair gets stuck accidentally, push back to release the hair.

(Note: If you curl too much hair each time or operate incorrectly, the automatic curling iron will stop working to prevent tangling and pulling the hair.)
