Answer:	Well I'm a stylist and I use it on my 4b hair after blow drying with my plugin flatirons at 430 degrees by spraying my after I put in 4 sections. I let it air dry after I comb it thru my hair and spray with shine infusion first, section by section. It comes out silky soft and doesn't revert my edges, unless I take a steamy shower or bath.

Answer:	I think I would. I feel that this soaks on the top layer. And thermal spray are better for section by section. Like I would use this before blow drying and heat spray before straightening

Answer:	I use it everytime I wash my hair, it will dampen your hair when you use it so it’s best to use it prior to styling. Smells great and works great! However there is nothing that can stop the frizz during a thunderstorm (happening right now lol)

Answer:	If you use this product with a hairdryer or flat iron, then I think you can get it dyed in two days. I wouldn't use it as a leave-in conditioner (without heat) and then get the hair dyed. It's very thick, and may coat the hair too much for the dye to work correctly, if used without the heat of a dryer or flat iron. That's my opinion.
Question:	I am a little confused with this product. do i only use this once per 5 washes? or every time i wash my hair
Answer:	You can use this every 5 washes (there website says it’s based on once daily wash). I have pretty dry hair at the ends so I use it every other wash and found it works well that way. I would just watch for build up if you’re using it more often but everyone’s hair is different. Use this with a little dry oil spray or hair serum and your hair will be super soft and shiny.

Answer:	The plug is large. I always plug on the bottom outlet so that the top one free is needed. It will cover the bottom outlet if plugged into the top.

Dies not have product buildup. I have very fine hair and all other irons tended to make my hair look dry and brittle. Thus one does not and makes it appear very healthy and shiny.

Answer:	Mine worked great, but don’t turn it up to full heat- the conversion causes it to be hotter than the temp settings marked. I usually use the full 410 degrees; I had it at about 300 in Europe witha converter.

Answer:	The iron gets hot, however in reading the box, the writing on the product and instruction booklet...no temperature is listed on anything.

Answer:	NO!! After talking to Farouk about the two flat irons I have both having issues I was flabbergasted when they told me that " Their products are not to be sold on the internet and if purchased that way it voids the warranty!" I don't know how they can do that legally but it is even written on the insert in the box. One that I purchased had the plug plastic shatter exposing the wires. The other just stopped working and they would not cover either. I certainly got an education in this matter. The model GF1001 if made in the USA is a counterfeit if made in China it is authentic. I initially purchased two and just found out one is authentic and the other is not. I ordered a new one to replace the one that had the problem with the plug and the nNoteew one is counterfeit. It's hit or miss but no matter what even if it is authentic they WILL NOT warranty it. I am actually researching the legal aspect of not warranting it if purchased on line. The state of CA has very rigid consumer laws and I have a hunch they are violating them. Good Luck! ***they all say "USA" on the outside of the box
