Answer:	You can use it on permanently colored hair. This product comes in 2 varieties: one for hair than has not been permanently tinted and one that is for permanently tinted hair. Look at the container before buying. Allow 2 weeks after tinting your hair permanently before using this product. I couldn't find this product anywhere else but Amazon. I enjoyed the results! Yes, I do recommend this product.

Answer:	You should use a neutralizing shampoo after any relaxer. I used Mizani Phormula 7 Neutralizing & Chelating Shampoo, but any neutralizing shampoo will do. I used a protein conditioner Aubrey GBP, but I think any good deep conditioner will do.

Answer:	Yes, your right, it should have a creamy texture, I would ask them to send a another one, just to be on the safe side.

Answer:	white girl here too; I've been using no-lye cream relaxers for years. They are all very similar, but this one has been my go-to brand lately. I always use "regular" (not "super"), and I don't leave it in for the maximum amount of time. Depends how straight you're trying to get your hair. These cream relaxers are pretty gentle.

Answer:	First I would like to say that I have very thick curly hair and am of Caucasian descent on my mother's side and black American in my dad's side. My mom had strait thin hair as did my sister, and my dad had thick wavy hair, so I came put with thick creepy hair hehe. I would recommend you try the regular. Super is pretty strong. My hair is very thick and curly and the super gives it a better softness and gives it a more controllable texture. I have used the regular formula and believe it would be more than enough to relax thin hair. I recommend at first, letting it stay in for 5 to 7 minutes to test it and see how much it relaxes your hair. Then, you can see how much time you may prefer to let it stay in. I have gotten to the point of finding my particular grain can take up to 15; even 20 minutes, using the super formula and gives it an easier to manage natural looking and feeling curl. I also use Lustig's S-Curls hair moisturizer that helps it to soften my hair. Also apply Vaseline on the outliner of your hair on your skin to prevent burning. Try not to get it too close to to your scalp when you apply with your comb. Hopefully that helps you out. I'd like to know how you make out. This is the best relaxer I've found and I've tried a few over the decades. About 3 decades I've used Revlon.

Question:	Will this dryer work on very short fine hair where all I want is smooth volume? Could kick myself for not paying better attention to what stylist did
Answer:	The one point to consider is that the brush is quite large. If your hair is very short I'm not sure how you would build volume if you are unable to wrap brush around hair. I love this dryer but you may be better off looking at dryer brushes (and there are plenty) that are similar in size to a curling iron. At least you would have a chance of building volume. Cheers

Answer:	I received, but 110 watts does not suit me, how can I change to 220 volts?
Question:	Any one else had an issue with the dryer burning out in a few months (8 for me) with light use
Answer:	This same thing happened to me. Had it for 8 months and had just used it, maybe 12 times. I called the manufacturer (Amazon provides that information), told them what happened and they sent me a new one. I called on monday and today (friday) it came in. It took only 4 days!! :D Just make sure to have your dryer at hand when you call.
Question:	What is the watts/wattage for this product
Answer:	I'm going to guess you might have wanted to know how much wattage this dryer has ie how much "blow power" it has. I looked high and low for this information because if this was going to be a styling tool with 4-500 watts of power it was going to take 5 days to dry my hair and I didn't want it. I finally found the information on a hardware store sight of all places and they listed the wattage as 1100 watts. That seems about right. It is quite powerful and dries my curly hair smooth and bouncy quite quickly as long as I do sections of hair at a time. I have no explanation why Revlon does not list the watts on the pamphlet or on the actual unit so no fault to Amazon. It might have been on the box but I've since thrown it away. Women need to know if there is a little stream of air blowing, a full force dryer or something in between. I'd say this is in between but blows really well. I love this and if you've been using other blow style round brushes this will be the best one you'll ever own. There is a great U tube video where a girl with a bob demonstrates how to use it and I found it very helpful, including how to hold the unit top and bottom and roll roll roll to get gorgeous results. Hope this helps.
