Question:	Does this come with those big crocodile clips that clamp the whole thing or those little metal things
Answer:	Not the clamps, metal pins. They work well for me. And my hair is pretty short and they hold the roller well. Hope this helps
Question:	how do they get hot? I see a thin wire to heat them
Answer:	There are metal posts that heat them. The curlers slide onto the metal posts and are heated from the middle outwards. They quite hot but do take a few minutes to heat up.
Question:	Can i use other pins to keep it together? Theyre not enough
Answer:	I don't see why not. I have a few clairol brand clips that I use, they work fine. Pretty much shaped the same just had to squeeze them so they were a tad tighter grip on the curler

Answer:	Yes, it has wire J clips that work very well and hold the hair on the roller easily. Just wind your hair on the roller then push the longer end of the clip under the roller as you are holding it in place with your fingers!

Answer:	I think you would need something to keep the curl because I used it with and without and without anything, the curls fell out pretty fast. You could use any styling spray that you normally use. I use my Paul Mitchell Freeze spray on it as soon as I take it out of the iron
