Answer:	I have sisterlocs and the flexi rods work great. I haven't used any of the other ones yet. They would most likely work as well but the curls may not last as long.

I put them in my hair while it is still semi wet, take them out after hair is dry.. if you roll your hair dry & spray it, leave them as long as you want... it really depends on what type of curl you want, or volume... experiment with them! Either way, your hair will be soft, more of a shine & healthier!!! I love the way my hair looks!!!!!
Question:	I saw a vid where foam rollers were used for perm. Is that safe
Answer:	The rods we ordered came with no instructions on using them for "permanent rods". They are to be used for damp hair, left in overnight to finish drying and then removed in the morning for your desired curl. I can not answer your question as to whether they are of a substance that would qualify them to be used with the chemicals that are in permanent solutions-I am not qualified to answer that. They are foam. I would think the chemicals would break-down the foam and might cause damage to your hair and the rods for sure. I would check with the manufacturer for a qualified answer though.

Answer:	I don't think your hair needs to be at least six inches long for these to work. Mine is much shorter BUT I also bought a triangle net for under a couple dollars. Put the net on covering your bottom row of rollers in the back, pull it a bit so it will keep the rollers in place and tie it at the top of your forehead. This works perfect for me. Keeps the rollers in, and in place and all rolled up.

Answer:	The tape measure I have measures the diameter of the foam at just slightly under 2", more like 1 7/8ths".
Question:	DO THE CLIPS STAY FASTENED OR SEPERATE
Answer:	I slide the clips out, roll my hair, slide the clip back in and snap shut. They stay fastened. When I am dry, I unfasten and slide the clip out before I take the curler out . This way my hair will not tangle with the clip. I read this hint from another user.
