Question:	How to prevent hair from getting tangled while using this product
Answer:	Different countries have different voltages not just plug types. If you plug this int an overseas outlet it will overload the curler and destroy it. Most phones and laptops have voltage converters built in and are fine, but things like hair curlers will be destroyed. One thing you could do is do the initial 4.5 hour charge required at home before you leave and use the usb plug provided to charge it through a power bank or your laptop (NEVER directly into the wall without a voltage converter-this is NOT the same thing as an adapter)

Answer:	I was just processing a return on this item. My hair got tangled more than a few times. Sometimes the crawl came up beautiful and the few times I got tangled it wouldn’t release my hair. Damage the ends bad. It does not have emergency release you have to let it get tangled up and then it reverses and hopefully you can get it out in that cycle when reverses. I was not successful in getting my hair out a few times. Not happy about this product at all.

Answer:	From my experience, as long as your hair is dry, no! It's never a good idea to have your hair wet/damp when using any heat appliance that is plugged in! So spray your hair with your protectant and finger dry it in, then curl it!

Question:	Is there enough rollers to do your whole head? i have never used hot-rollers and it seems to me that 20 rollers would not be enough for your whole head. my hair is thick and down to the middle of my back. Can some please explain to me
Answer:	Hey there, no the cord does not retract. I am not super happy with this set. Mine came in the mail pre opened and dusty and the small curlers are really small, I can only use the larger ones.
Question:	Do these have the round hole that sits on a post or the stupid slit
Answer:	I don't recall if I got the oil or not. I don't use it.
Question:	How can I know when it is ready? the light does not show any change. I think mine has a problem

Question:	The description says that these curlers include "20 wire clips", however the picture looks like the butterfly plastic clips. What do they come with
Answer:	The diameter of the four sizes of rollers are the following: 4 are 1.50", 6 are 1.25", 6 are 1.00" and 4 are 0.75". The set is a good one for me with shoulder length hair, since I need a mix of sizes. My rollers do get hot and the curl is really good.
