Answer:	No, the only thing that helps with that is weight loss and exercise. You cannot remove cellulite from any single location, it only responds to a general reduction in fat and increased muscle tone. Anyone who tells you otherwise is either ignorant or purposely misleading you. MD.

Answer:	I would say it is very durable. I bought my first original 13-inch trigger point roller in mid 2010. I still use it today. My roller gets used a lot. I recently purchased the 26-inch roller because I can do different exercises with it, and I think it is firmer. After a long use and due to time I think the foam breaks down just like any other uses for foam products. Like I said, the original 13-inch roller from 2010 is still good for my workouts--deep tissue massage, loosening stiff muscle, improving circulation--but it doesn't feel as firm as the 26-inch roller purchased in 2014.

Answer:	People with back pain really need to know that there are TWO main ways they can use the GRID: 1) to treat muscular pain, and 2) to distract specific segments in your spine. Let me briefly explain each. MUSCULAR PAIN - your back muscles can be strained or overworked and be the only cause of your back pain - pain referral studies have shown this. IN ADDITION TO THIS, other things such as herniated discs or irritated spinal nerves, can in turn cause your muscles to get irritated. In this case, a disc herniates and presses on nerves, nerves that go to the back muscles, and thereby causes the back muscles to give you pain (so now you have several problems, a herniated disc, an irritated nerve, and irritated muscles). Regardless of the cause of your muscular pain, the Grid can help muscular pain - mainly by "rolling" over the muscles with the roller and massaging them. Massage makes muscles happy for many reasons, such as increasing the circulation to them.TO DISTRACT SPECIFIC SEGMENTS OF YOUR SPINE. By laying over the Grid on the floor in various ways, one can cause the vertebrae to separate and distract a bit to varying degrees. This has several effects. It stretches out tight muscles and joints in the spine. Additionally, it can actually open up or "widen" the holes where the nerves come out of the vertebrae that might be being "pinched". There are actually studies showing that if you lay on a roll such as this, let's say on your RIGHT side, that the holes on the LEFT side of your spine widen several millimeters. This is good for people who have pinched nerves due to herniated discs, as it gives the nerves "room to breathe". Also, laying over the Grid will stretch out tight muscles and joints in that area of the spine as well, which also makes your back happy. Hope this helps - the Grid IS a useful tool for back pain. Know its limitations though - it will do nothing to actually strengthen your back muscles, which is also a great tool for low back pain sufferers. For instance, new research is now showing us that folks with low back pain have weaker multifidus muscles that need to be strengthened (Treat Your Own Spinal Stenosis is one good resource I know of for multifidus strengthening exercises). Also, know that there is a TON of research now showing that people with herniated discs quite often have a multifidus muscle on the side of the herniation that isn't working properly - which only adds to the problem. So my advice is to use all the tools you can, and you will likely NOT be a slave to back pain anymore! Good luck!

Answer:	It is a very good product for hand and skincare, but I don’t know if it is gluten free.

Answer:	This one contains mud from the Dead Sea and is a light brown color. It is more greasy at first but ends up soaking into your skin. The “water” line does not have the Dead Sea mud, just the minerals from the salts. The “water” hand cream is white and feels more like traditional cream. Personally, I lean to the water collection but this one is really nice too.

Answer:	I bought this for sciatica and since it did not come with directions I looked up u tube videos by physical therapists using a foam roller. This particular one is very firm and dense and at first is uncomfortable to use but helped some. I have since seen medium and softer foam rollers on u tube that are said to work just as well. I would ask your doctor about using this one on your back as it is really firm and dense. As I said above, I specifically bought it to work on my sciatica. So I would suggest looking up u tube videos for back pain using a foam roller before purchasing and again clearing it with your doctor to avoid further pain.

Answer:	Not the clamps, metal pins. They work well for me. And my hair is pretty short and they hold the roller well. Hope this helps
Question:	how do they get hot? I see a thin wire to heat them
Answer:	There are metal posts that heat them. The curlers slide onto the metal posts and are heated from the middle outwards. They quite hot but do take a few minutes to heat up.

Answer:	I don't see why not. I have a few clairol brand clips that I use, they work fine. Pretty much shaped the same just had to squeeze them so they were a tad tighter grip on the curler

Answer:	Yes, it has wire J clips that work very well and hold the hair on the roller easily. Just wind your hair on the roller then push the longer end of the clip under the roller as you are holding it in place with your fingers!
