Answer:	I used this last summer in UK and France. There was some mislabeling and one attachment was consistently difficult to get a plug into; it's a pretty cheap set but it did work.

Answer:	Not quite sure what you mean. This Conair product works great. You plug this product into the wall outlet and then plug your cord into it. What my daughter did was plug all her cords into a surge protector and then plug that into the Conair. She had no problems using this product on her travels to both China and Japan. Answer:	Ryan, just search for MaxT on Amazon. That's where I found my replacement head. You don't actually save much buying just a head. I'd probably suggest you buy another new MaxT! Truth is, the entire new shaver costs about the same as my old Norelco blades, and I was replacing them every 3 months! Gary
