Answer:	At first I gave it a negative review then the next morning after I used it I had to change my opinion. My hair was perfectly smooth the next day....and soft. My hair looks and feels so much better. It’s heavier than it seems in the ad is somewhat misleading..... low fan low heat, high fan high heat, no heat high fan. Basically it has three settings.

Answer:	Hasn't for me...I have medium to long thick hair and even though the bristles tend to feel a bit hard, they do not hurt your scalp or gets tangled in your hair. No static as well. But I find it also depends on the type of blow dryer you use.
