In addition to the regular controls, there is a separate cool shot button you can press while using a hot setting that gives you a shot of cold air while you hold down the button (and when you release it, it goes back to hot).
Question:	How to remove the filter? Seems tight
Answer:	TWIST IT OFF ~ DO NOT SNAP IT OFF! I used a 'grip cloth' for opening jars and just TWISTED the filter cover to the LEFT; it came off easily. To put it back on securely repeat the steps, but TWIST it to the RIGHT. *There were no instructions and I considered 'snapping it off' as was suggested in one answer when I could not twist it off. DON'T = BREAKAGE!!!

Answer:	the diameter of the nozzle is 1-3/4"
Question:	What is the decibel level? Is it a high pitch sound, or low pitch
Answer:	This has a low pitch sound and it gets hot and has a lot of power behind it. Quietest blow dryer I’ve had and dries fast and I have really long thick hair. I had the Turbo bliss prior to this and that was a loud heavy dryer. But this is light and quiet , hot and packs a punch for sure.
Question:	Is this hairdryer really quiet
Answer:	It is quieter than my last dryer. I find it to be quiet. "Really quiet" is pretty subjective. During the day, extremely quiet. Partner sleeping in the next room, pretty quiet. Baby sleeping In the same room too loud.
