Answer:	Oh, yes, the cool setting blow is pretty good. I like it a lot and I use it a lot, because I have very fine hair and I don't want to burn it additionally with hot air. Answer:	My dryer came with three attachments: a diffuser plus the two concentrators. The only difference I can tell between the concentrators is one is a solid plastic grey that is about a half inch shorter than the clear plastic one. Go figure!

Answer:	Yup. The heat (cold, warm, hot) and the speed (low, medium, high) are two separate settings/controls. In addition to the regular controls, there is a separate cool shot button you can press while using a hot setting that gives you a shot of cold air while you hold down the button (and when you release it, it goes back to hot).
Question:	How to remove the filter? Seems tight
Answer:	TWIST IT OFF ~ DO NOT SNAP IT OFF! I used a 'grip cloth' for opening jars and just TWISTED the filter cover to the LEFT; it came off easily. To put it back on securely repeat the steps, but TWIST it to the RIGHT. *There were no instructions and I considered 'snapping it off' as was suggested in one answer when I could not twist it off. DON'T = BREAKAGE!!!
