| Answer: | Hi, Assuming you are talking about their MAX-T 8101 Razor, I own several of these (one for each car) I have never taken their charger out of the box. I use a standard USB wall lump (probibly from my Samsung phone) and a USB-B (Micro USB) cable. You may find that some USB cables are a little to fat to fit into the razor. Just try another one. Sometimes cheap USB cables work best because the nice fancy USB cables sometimes have big strong connectors and that wont fit in the tiny area on the Razor. BTW: I'm not guessing on this, like I mentioned I have several of these and this is what I do. PS. I do love this razor. |

Not quite perfect science, but it's the best I could do. |

It must have known I ws researching other dryers, because it quit for good a few days ago, necessitaing that I use an inferior travel dryer. I am purchasing another today. |

| Answer: | First, I have to say that the documentation regarding the "cool" button in all of the manufacturer's materials is extremely poor. In any event, let's understand that there are 2 "cool" functions. There is a gray sliding switch that adjusts the temperature of the air being blown(Cool-Warm-Hot). In addition, there is a blue "cool" button; I assume that you are asking about that button. The only apparent function of that blue button seems to be to inactivate the heating function - so, if the temperature slide button is set to Warm or Hot, and you press (and hold) the blue Cool button, you end up getting non-heated, or cool, air. This seems to be the same as just sliding the temperature control switch to Cool setting. Why the two are duplicated, I really don't understand. Regardless, this hair dryer clearly is not an air conditioning unit with refrigerant! - so the coldest air you can get is room temperature. However, it might feel a little cool simply because of the blowing action of the air on your scalp and skin, especially when they are a little wet. Getting back to your original questions: the blue cool button (and/or the air temperature slide switch) do not cause very cold air to be produced, and it does not control how "strong" an air flow you get. |
