Answer:	I can't really tell that it makes my hair smooth (or any real improvement). I can tell that it does help refresh my hair and it smells fantastic. My hair is very fine textured, straight, long and there's lots of it (volume-wise). I tried using it in place of conditioner (after shampooing, I skipped conditioner and sprayed my hair with this ) and that didn't turn out too well (my hair got kind of unruly and had that frumpy, tired look to it.
