| Answer: | This product does contain silicone. Any ingredient ending in “cone” is a type of silicone”. Stay away from ALL silicones because they are not water soluble, meaning they create a build up on the hair, which keeps the hair from being able to absorb moisture and nutrients from a deep conditioner (without silicones of ANY kind), and hair mask, for example. Additionally, this build up eventually dries out the hair strands since it can no longer absorb moisture. Hope this helps! |

| Answer: | This product does not make your hair crunchy. It also does not make your hair look greasy if you use a small amount. I use it every day. I wash my hair every other day. When I wash my hair, I put a small amount-about the size of a quarter-on my hair while it is wet especially on the ends and then blow dry it. When I put my hair in a ponytail, I use that amount to put on my dry hair after I put the rubber band on it to hold all the loose hair on the sides in place and look nicely groomed. Once it dries, it does not look greasy at all. It is more of a cream instead of a gel. I really like this product and use it every day. |
