Answer:	Your scalp problems are better answered by a Dermatologist I believe. I heard that dandruff is caused by greasy buildup in scalp, but it could be some form of psoriasis or something. Do some research on internet. I would say that if you washed your hair and scalp and used a safe product for that problem and then used a small amount of this oil or a cheaper one like Rosemary oil, it would not hurt. But " I am no doctor" as per Bryan Regan. My fee is $50

Answer:	I really like this product for keeping my hair somewhat manageable. It's not the end-all however on humid warm days. You, like me have wavy hair with ringlets but mine is also quite thick. The only way I can control it is to get a Keratin treatment in early June. I then also apply the Frizz-ease to keep it under control as the weeks of summer fly by.

I now use that product alone. I believe it is personal preference. I use two pumps on my damp hair. Seems to help tame the frizziness. I also use a flat iron after I have dried my hair. Don’t know if this helps or not. It is trial and error.
