A person takes I would think a serving of the liquid may equal the regular tablets maybe. A person takes 6 mini tablets a day (2 at each meal). Regular tablet...3 a day, one with eat meal. You can crush the tablets if you need also. I didn't know how to swallow and chewed a kids vitamin until someone taught me to swallow. If you don't know how to swallow....trying the mini may help and eventually the regular tablet maybe easy. I just throw the tablet in the back of my mouth and gulp down lots of water fast. Answer:	Does the word "Lead" appear anywhere on the manufacturer's label? It doesn't on my bottle. If not, you should demand an explanation from the vendor. If the vendor insists the product contains lead, ask them why it isn't on the label.
